We closely monitor the development of new coronavirus (COVID-19) in communication with local
and international authorities. Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health has been managing this process
with great care and precision.
For us, the health and safety of our guests and employees come first and foremost under all
circumstances as it has always been. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the precautions
we have taken at Ela Excellence Resort Belek.
Health and Safety Above All
- We have increased the cleaning frequency of the common areas at our hotel (lobbies,
elevators, door handles, etc.). - We have paid strict attention to using commonly recommended hygiene products.
- We organized trainings for all of our staff about Coronavirus (Covid-19) in order to raise
awareness and to provide protection. - We have increased the usage areas of antibacterial hand sanitizers by placing disinfectant
dispensers in many points at our facility. - We have created a team that is following the implementation of the procedures and ready to
provide 24-hour assistance at our hotel. - As for the warehouse and food security, we have increased the number of audits made by
the international auditing firms. - Communal areas used by our staff and guests are disinfected with ozone and ULV fogger
machines.
